Assuming the details of your scenario, I would refuse. First of all, before I accepted anyone’s invitation to escort me to the restroom, I would have approached someone and asked whereabouts the restroom was (left, right, etc.) and would have at least attempted to try and navigate myself there. Secondly, I would have considered if there was anyone around that I know. I would call for them to see if they can escort me to the restroom instead of some stranger.
