Part of my complaints when I came in for a visit is pain the the upper back and also the breast area in general. He was very discrete and can tell that I was uncomfortable. Has anyone ever had this experience or am I being taken advantaged of by my male chiropractor?

Well, there is a difference between chest area and breasts. Chiropractors specialize in treating bone displacement. Last I checked, breasts do not have bones in them. If he was feeling on your actual breasts, then yes, he was crossing an ethical and moral line.

I think I have come to the conclusion that the more I masturbate the more the skin of my penis looks tired and worn out.
