I haven’t went into labor doing this but working L&D for 14 years I coached women in the same. I won’t tell you the method because then you will do it and if you are not actually ready for delivery then it won’t be good. I will let you know that it can produce the same hormone that is equivalent to Pitocin which they use to induce labor but it is the body’s natural form. We usually use the breast stem to do kick counts for babies that are not moving or in questionable distress… the stress test.

I’m not a doctor, but it is most likely safe to use (just make sure you are cleaning it after each use). Also, you should know that there is nothing wrong with experiencing a few cramps after orgasm, it isn’t hurting the baby.

I would call the vet or an emergency vet clinic. An emergency clinic can guide you thorough what to do and won’t charge. In the meantime, make sure the kittens are warm and massage their glands gently with a warm, damp cotton ball.
But definitely call a vet ASAP, and they can tell you exactly what to do and if you need to bring them in, etc.
