I’ve heard of health benefits. Like better sex life’s and lower risk of prostate problems. Are they just trying to justify getting sexual pleasure or is this something doctors advise?

Hey,

Bout 2-3 weeks ago my girlfriend wanted to experiment abit on me; telling me she has looked up and read it can be quite thrilling for the guy; none-the-less she didn’t actually read what to really do because she thought it was pretty straight forward.
