Looking at having an orchiectomy soon. I know that “milking” the prostate will not be possible anymore, but was wondering how the orchi will effect the pleasurable sensations connected to the process.

I think the prostate will still produce seminal fluid, but without sperm even if you do not have testicles.
I do not know if you will have the desire to though. Will you be on hormone replacements?

i had one side redone due to deflation. it is really hard. is that from just having the surgery yesterday or is there a problem already with the implant? can i massage now to soften them? or is it too soon? it really hurts. i dont want them to get hard. they got hard once and i had to have the scar tissues removed before, but that was becasue i started on the massage too late. then a month ago it deflated. what a nightmare! help!
