Connection between ejaculation frequency and prostate health

http://www.goaskalice.columbia.edu/4961.html

QUESTION:
I have been coming across articles on the connection between masturbation, ejaculation, and overall health. I was very surprised about this article from the Cancer Council Victoria in Australia . It was a study that confirmed that ejaculation frequency is important for a healthy prostate. The protective effect was most significant in men in their twenties who ejaculated on average 7 or more times per week. It compared this against same-age men who ejaculated less than 3 times per week. I made a New Year’s resolution to pay attention to my body and to ejaculate at least once a day. I feel much better for it and my penis strength and sexual urge has increased immensely. I feel balanced. After a year, I can’t imagine going back to my old repressed frequency and probably couldn?t keep from cumming for a whole day if I tried now. Why aren?t people made aware of this need? After getting used to daily +, I often have the urge to do it even more, but hold back. Are there any physical problems with over ejaculating?

ANSWER:
What a fabulous New Year’s resolution to pay attention to your body! Your efforts are worth applauding, as being in tune with yourself and your new masturbation schedule seems to have paid off, as you note that you feel “balanced” and “much better for it.” Happily, no physical problems are associated with over-ejaculating, so don’t worry about giving in to the natural urge to enjoy and pleasure yourself more often. You clearly have a strong awareness of the positive effects of masturbation on your body, so go ahead and experiment with masturbation frequency – in this way, you can determine what frequency feels best for you and your regular routine.

You also ask why people aren’t made aware of the “need” to masturbate often. Good question – especially in light of the study’s findings that frequent ejaculation helps reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Unfortunately, self-stimulation – as with most sexual acts – is often viewed as shameful, dirty, immoral, and all sorts of other negative adjectives. Wouldn’t it be great if masturbation could be seen as the healthy, enjoyable, and beneficial activity it really is, openly talked about and (gasp!) endorsed? Perhaps one day it will be – with more people like you who are open-minded and bold enough to talk about it in a positive light.

Enjoy – and pass that article along to friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, and anybody and everybody else!

Does prostate massage cause damage, and how?

I participated in prostate massage last week, and it felt good at the time (no pain, etc.), however I noticed a fair amount of blood afterwards which stopped several minutes later. For the past several days, however, I’ve felt less of a libido, though can ejaculate under stimulation. Is this something I should be worried about?

You need to consult your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.

I got a gift box for him. I am putting in a kama sutra/ tantra book, roleplaying dice, flavored massage lotion, and 4 bars of exotic chocolate. What do you guys think. Should I add a bottle of cologne? Any suggestions on what kind?

Best reply by Mecole:

Cologne no, just because it doesn’t go with the theme. I think it sounds like a great gift :) And a great idea.
But if you decide to get him cologne, I’m a big fan of Swiss Army.

A strange taste in my girlfriend’s mouth?

I know this is a weird question, but I hope I get some useful info. When I am massaging my girlfriends clitoris and we are kissing at the same time, when she starts to orgasm, I can taste an almost strange salty taste in her mouth. It’s hard to explain. There is not an increase in saliva, but she just tastes differently at the moment of orgasm. Does anyone know what the taste can be? Is a certain enzyme released in the female mouth when an orgasm is reached. If so, I’ll always know whether or not she is faking it. lol . Any answer is greatly appreciated.
I think the way I phrased this question is bad. I am not going down on her. I taste the salty flavor in her mouth. It is when I am kissing her mouth and massaging her clit with my fingers that I taste something weird. I am not giving her oral sex. If I was, I would know that it was vaginal juice.

She is having contractions and squiting juice into your mouth. Because there is more it taste stronger. Or its pee

Prostate massage, what does it feel like?

I am kicking around of the idea of prostate massage. My Mistress requires me to be in male chastity (CB-2000) and for my health she wants me to be milked weekly. I did buy a g-spot massager as I was told works but may take awhile to milk. My question is what does it feel like. Will sperm leak out like peeing ?

Massage Surprise?

I was given a gift certificate for a fulll body massage just recently by some friends. It was a local one but in a private home. I have some back pain and was looking forward to some relief as I have not had a massage in many years. My wife was saying I should go and I then booked and made arrangements. When I arrived it seemed like a business but it is run from a home as mentioned. The girl asked me to undress and lie on the table which I did and she performed what seemed a legit massage. After about 20 mins she then reached under me a began massaging my penis. I was very relaxed by this stage and very surprised but did not say anything because…Im a guy. I mean I wanted her to stop but couldn’t. In hindsight my friends were playing a joke on me but my wife asked if I enjoyed it. I haven’t told her the truth. Should I?? I was shocked, yet surprised but I feel guilty now. Part of me wants to go back.

You are a guy. Exactly. You are NOT a man. A man would have stopped it right then and there and definately told his wife. And to even CONSIDER going back is sick. Think of your wife getting action on the side…does that give you those same fuzzy feelings? Didn’t think so. Don’t be such a jerk and ask such a ridiculous question.

Massage Surprise?

Here I mean erotic massage conducted naked, where the areas around the intimate parts of the body will be touched in ways that increase sexual arousal. However sexual intercourse is not encouraged. And of course, since it’s a business so these activities are between men and women who are not related. Is this against the bible? Any verses to back it up?

As long as there’s no homosexuality or abortion involved I believe even the fundies will support your business.
