Therapeutic massage is therapy for all or part of your body, to ease pain, help return full range of motion, etc.
Sensual massage concentrates on whichever body parts you find most sexually stimulating, usually until you achieve your desired result.

whats the difference between a theraputice massage and a sensual massage?

during our long period of hard sex, i felt a few times a build up of sensation, then in waves, then i’d have the urge to laugh and relax and stop. this feeling is much less intense than when i massage or rub directly on my clit, which i have done with a plug-in massager almost every day since i was 15 and have probably killed some sensation! but that way, i always have an intense shuddering orgasm. so during intercourse, is it still an orgasm if it doesn’t feel as strong?
